I am a licensed Social Worker providing telehealth counseling and care management services to elders and caregivers throughout New York State. I bring 15 years of experience to Social Work.10 years of this time I have worked specifically with Veterans, caregivers and older adults. I offer support around life transitions, recovering from a loss of a spouse or parent, facing end of life, suffering from chronic health problems, Dementia, Older Adults, Hospice, Bereavement, Grief and Loss, Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Caregiver Support. I also offer sessions focused around care management for an older adult loved one. I am licensed to provide services throughout New York State, Visits through telehealth so the older adult or caregiver does not have to leave their home!
