Stern at home therapy, we provide in home physical therapy and occupational therapy. We currently cover Erie, Niagara and Monroe County. Our patients do not need to be deemed homebound to receive care from us. For this service we do not need a referral from the referring doctor. Our office will take care of getting the script for the patient. We accept most major insurances. Our therapist will set up an initial assessment with the patient and we come out twice a week or more if needed. The therapist will also do a fall assessment with the patient at the time of the assessment. We can also order durable medical equipment for anyone on program with us for PT/OT.
