- Safety assessments and tips.
- Guardianship.
2. Advocacy:
- Elder-rights support.
- Dispute resolution within all levels of care/ housing; including hospitalizations.
- Hospital discharge; all options and cost; and last-minute plans.
- Family mediation.
3. Registered Nurse:
- PRI and SCREEN: local and long distance; mandatory for admission application to nursing
homes.
- Health assessments and early alerts.
- Memory assessments and management strategies.
- Med-box fills and management
- Doctor appointment attendance; in-person or by phone.
