We help people stay active, continue to do activities they enjoy and navigate through complications that may arise. Our classes include Rock Steady Boxing, Victor and Geneva, PWR! Moves/functional fitness, cardio cognitive and high-intensity boxing class. As well as 6 week Balance First program to improve balance and reduce fall risk.
