This program can assist you to continue living in the community independently and avoid the risk of a nursing home placement. If you are over 65, or have a Brain Injury
or have a neurological impairment, you can apply for this program, which funded through Medicaid. For this program you can apply for Medicaid regardless of financial or income status. I fully assist you with this application. Through this program you can access services to support you remaining in your home, including case management (assist with transportation, medical, medications, housing, benefits), home health aides, behavior counseling, day programs and more.
