Kirkhaven is a not-for-profit nursing and rehabilitation center for individuals requiring skilled nursing care or rehabilitation. Kirkhaven has a specific unit designed to meet the needs of residents with Alzheimer's Disease and other dementias. Kirkhaven also has a dedicated short-term Transitional Care/Rehab care unit designed for those who are recovering from surgery, illness (and/or) hospital stay.
