Journey Home offers care to persons who are deemed at the end of their life. Our mission is to minister to the resident and their families on this most delicate and often difficult journey. We address their physical, emotional and spiritual needs, in a holistic manner, as they journey through their dying process. = Comfort is maintained while allowing the body to continue with its normal and natural progression. Journey Home allows a person to live life fully until the day they die. We are one of Monroe County's comfort care home.
