Hilton East Assisted Living is a 205-bed licensed Adult Care Facility located in the Village of Hilton. It has been privately owned and operated since its construction in 1974. While we are not a nursing care facility, we are able to provide a full spectrum of daily living needs and many conveniences to keep our residents happy and healthy. We have a friendly, caring, qualified staff, that provides nursing care and aide assistance, medication management, food service, recreation, transportation to appointments, full housekeeping, laundry and maintenance services.
Hilton East has also operated an Assisted Living Program since 1997 which provides services to the local, low-income community (Medicaid/SSI recipients). This program allows residents to receive the appropriate care while transitioning to a higher level of care without having to relocate.
