Older Wiser Learning Seniors (OWLS) meets weekly on Thursdays beginning at 11:30 am with chair exercise led by a certified instructor, followed by a meal and program at 12:15 pm. We gather to strengthen our bodies and minds. Donation-based program to offset meal, exercise leadership, and program costs. RSVP is required; transportation is available upon request.
