NORC is a community partnership that promotes independent and safe environments for adults 60 and older living in their own homes. This program helps meet the changing needs of older adults living at Ellison Park Apartments. A Jewish Family Service social worker is available on-site for case management concerns. Home Base NORC at Ellison Park provides group transportation, social and health promotional programs. assistance with housekeeping and laundry, and makes PERS units available to those in need. The NORC social worker also connects residents with other programs and services that support successful aging in place.
