The Elderwood of Lakeside at Brockport is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility that also offers short-term rehabilitation. The services that are provided are individualized to the needs of each resident. Care is provided based on a resident centered model where resident preferences drive the care planning process.

Elderwood of Lakeside at Brockport has all of the "conveniences of home," including a washer/dryer, bathtub, shower and full kitchen with dining so that an individual may regain the highest possible recovery and independence. A multidisciplinary approach is used which includes PT, OT and Speech Therapies in conjunction with nursing care.
