The memory care residents at Creekstone opened in 2016 and offer a residential design that departs from the institutional model dominating elder care. There are no long corridors, nurses stations or medication carts. Instead you will find a friendly and warm home like setting to allow 14 resident in each of the 4 cottages to reside and thrive with love and dignity. In all our cottages you will find secure outdoor courtyards, screened in porches, raised gardens, household pets, visiting children, family involvement and much love.
