Serving adults 60+ living in Monroe County and have a need for assistance with
transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other essential errands. Shopping can include shopping with the participant and/or shopping for the person. Other supports include the arrangement of friendly visiting, phone reassurance, referrals to other community resources, and a membership option called Homeworks that provides low-cost home maintenance/repair support.

To register call (585) 262-7050. You will receive an intake packet in the mail and will need to return the signed paperwork. After the consent has been returned, you can begin using the transportation service and a driver will be assigned to you. Requests for rides should be made 5 days in advance. Cost is subsidized and depending on monthly income it might be donation based.
