Burd Home Health is a fiscal intermediary provider for CDPAP (Consumer Directed Personal Assistant Program). CDPAP/CDPAS is a state-wide Medicaid funded program that allows individuals and their families to hire their own caregivers. The caregiver is often another family member or friend of the family. Instead of placing your loved one in a nursing home, New York State will pay you to take care of your family member in the comfort of their home or yours. Walk-ins are welcome.
