Bloom Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy clinic that provides services in your own home (we come to you!). We specialize in vestibular and neurological care, which includes diagnoses such as vertigo/ dizziness, balance training and fall prevention, mobility training, and Parkinson’s Disease. We accept Medicare.
We service Rochester, NY and close surrounding areas. Since we are considered outpatient, you don't need to be home bound to be seen.
