The Greater Rochester Area Partnership for the Elderly (GRAPE) is a membership organization dedicated to enhancing services for older adults through networking, education, and advocacy. Our members include professionals from home care, senior living communities, nursing homes, Medicare brokers, elder law, and other fields serving the aging population.
Through networking, members gain a broader understanding of available services, equipping them to better assist their clients. Our educational programs at monthly meetings expand professional knowledge, and our collective expertise enables us to advocate effectively for aging-related priorities with elected officials.
